US Secretary of Defense: General for Iran to produce a nuclear bomb



US Defense Secretary Leon Panetta said that the Iranians would need "about a year" to produce enough enriched uranium to make an atomic bomb, pointing out that Washington will "whatever it takes" to prevent it.
On the other hand expressed Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi expressed optimism that the visit of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Iran's nuclear facilities inspectors would produce an understanding.

Iranian optimism
